Blacksmith Cyclops

The Blacksmith Cyclops is a friendly mob living in a Cyclops Forge. They work for the gods and can smith rare items for the player.

Spawning

The Blacksmith Cyclops only generates together with a Cyclops Forge, which can spawn in Plains, Sunflower Plains, Desert, Savanna, Savanna Plateau and Windswept Savanna biomes.

Appearance

The Blacksmith Cyclops has roughly the same size as an Iron Golem. They have one giant eye on their forehead. Unlike the Shepherding Counterparts they wear a piece of leather around their waist.

Drops

When a Blacksmith Cyclops dies, it may drop 0-1 Spider Eye. Additionally they will drop any items currently held in their inventory.

Behavior

When idle, the Cyclops walks randomly around the map sourrunding its forge. They constantly scan their environment for a Trapped Chest and an Anvil to use for crafting items.

Crafting

Blacksmith Cyclopses have the ability to craft rare items from raw materials. Once they found a Trapped Chest near them, they will take all items useable by them for crafting in their inventory. If they have collected enough materials for a recipe, they walk to their respective Anvil to process the recipe. When their inventory is full or they no longer have enough resources to craft, they walk back to their chest and put the resulting items in it.
